The staff went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, allowing us to always look our best for outings. the sitting area was spacious and inviting, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day exploring the nearby attractions. the terrace was a lovely addition, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. the kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, allowing us to easily prepare meals for the family. the electric kettle was a convenient touch, perfect for making hot drinks whenever we pleased. the flat-screen TV was a nice entertainment option for relaxing evenings in. the carpeted floor added an extra level of comfort to the room, making it feel like a true home away from home. the proximity to a variety of fantastic restaurants, such as Bow Bells Restaurant and the Captains Table, made dining out a delightful experience.
